Guarantee
To assist us in planning your event, we require a minimum attendance guarantee two days prior to your event. All events scheduling a buffet style meal, Sam’s will prepare food and charge for the amount of guests the event is reserved for.
Deposits
A $200 deposit serves as a confirmation for your event and is non-refundable.
A credit card number can be given over the phone to serve as a deposit.
